1. Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free USPS shipping is available on all orders delivered within the United States.

Where do you ship?
Shipping is currently limited to addresses within the United States.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 days, Monday to Saturday.

How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery through USPS typically takes 3 to 5 days Monday to Saturday. The total estimated timeframe, including processing, is approximately 4 to 7 business days.

Will tracking information be provided?
Yes. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent once the order has been dispatched.

What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as holidays, peak periods, weather conditions, or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, allow an additional 3 business days. If the delay continues, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

2. Returns and Refunds

What is the return period?
Return or refund requests can be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Are there restocking costs?
No. We do not apply restocking costs.

Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

What are the return conditions?
Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Maintained in original condition
  • Original tags or packaging included where applicable
  • Proof of purchase provided (order confirmation email is accepted)

How can a return be requested?
Contact us through our Contact Us page before sending any item back. Include your order number, the item(s), and an optional reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

When are refunds issued?
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing is completed within 7 business days after approval.

Are exchanges available?
Yes. Exchange requests can be submitted through our Contact Us page and must meet the same conditions as returns.

3. Cancellations and Order Issues

Can an order be canceled?
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible through our Contact Us page with the order number included. Orders can typically be canceled before processing begins. Once processing has started or the order has shipped, cancellation may not be available. In such cases, a return can be requested after delivery.

What if an item is damaged or incorrect?
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact us through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and, if available, a clear photo of the issue so it can be reviewed and resolved.
