2. Return Eligibility
Items must meet the following conditions to be accepted:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Maintained in original condition
- Original tags or packaging included where applicable
- Proof of purchase provided (such as the order confirmation email)
3. How to Request a Return
Before sending any item back, contact us through our Contact Us page and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return (optional)
Returns sent without prior authorization can not be processed.
4. Return Instructions
After approval, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the item. Items should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for returns related to preference, change of mind, or exchange requests.

6. Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. No restocking costs are applied.
7. Exchanges
Exchange requests can be submitted through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number and item details. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders are processed shortly after placement. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 60 minutes of purchase through our Contact Us page and must include your order number.
After this period, changes can not be possible. If the order has already been shipped, the return policy applies after delivery.
9. Money Back Policy
Return or refund requests can be submitted within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions in this policy are met.
